Hugh Jackman appeals for help in disappearance of Broadway star Zelig Williams

The theater community is looking for a beloved artist.

His family members initially thought he might have been in a car accident because of an alert coming from his phone.

“Around 9:50 Thursday morning, he left normally, like he would,” Williams’ aunt said. Christine McLaughlin Barber told local South Carolina television station WACH. “About 10 minutes later we received an SOS ping from a friend of his in New York, indicating a crash.”

However, they have since ruled out the possibility of a car accident, according to the media outlet.
